Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti is understandably in very high spirits and no one should begrudge him for that elusive double he has achieved in his very first season at Stamford Bridge. What A Football Season

It’s unfortunate that the league season in my country, Ghana, could not end simultaneously with that of England as planned. I was so excited that for once our local league was going to end as originally programmed but once again something cropped up and a special match in memory of the 127 football fans who were killed in a stampede at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium in Accra on May 9 2001 had to be honoured in place of the final league matches. more »
